I bought to spray onto metal roof to make snow slide off naturally. the wax did not help with snow removal but the product was easy to apply. I just sprayed with a hand pump weed sprayer. The product was well mixed as I received it and there were not any solids left in the bottom of the jug when I was done.

The polish was super easy to work with and application was smooth. I put the recommended 4 coats on and the floor looks fantastic. It’s shiny and feels very durable. In fact, over the last two weeks of traffic it doesn’t look like it’s been marked in any way. I will definitely purchase again.

Great wax went on very easily and dried within 40 minutes between layers . We put down 4 layers and seems very durable and the right amount of gloss

We used this after sort of successfully stripping some pretty ancient wax off our old VCT floors. The package doesn't give coverage advice, as many products do (will cover x sf in x coats, e.g.), just says to "spread a liberal coat of finish." Since we aren't experts, we just used what seemed like a reasonable amount (soaked in to the fully stripped tiles, spread a bit more over the ones that we couldn't completely strip), but it took a couple hours to dry, instead of the 30 minutes the label suggested. After looking at other high-solids finishes, I determined that if the application rate was the same, we probably used 3x what we should have on that first coat. We let it cure for a couple days to be on the safe side, and made subsequent coats much, much less "liberal," and it seems to be fine. Actual coverage information would have saved us product and, more importantly, time and stress.It is very glossy. I'm definitely happy with that aspect! And it seems reasonably durable.I'm much happier with the Simply Floors finish than the stripper, which we found to be completely ineffective on our existing floors, though we'll try it again when we're ready to strip this coating.

This works great for VCT.18% is ok for easier strip later for a reapplicationWe installed some new VCT floors in our church recently and this was as good as the stuff we purchased a few years ago at a janitor supply co. and it was cheaper.None of us are floor pros but we read the instructions and it comes out like we were.So far we have been pleased and will update if we notice any issues.
