I must say I've had a fabulous experience with Wolfbox and their customer service department. They are a credit to the Chinese industry!I was cautious about placing my order for a Chinese made dash cam and worried about its quality, what with the stories one hears about the Chinese industry imports. I could have paid, a lot, more for a branded dash cam but decided to give Wolfbox a go.It started well as the G880 dashcam I received was a really good bit of kit. It worked straight out of the box and felt like food quality.After a small amount of time though, it started to fail. I presumed a loose connection at first but I couldn't get it to work.So I contacted Wolfbox, through Amazon, and they responded really quickly with a positive message.They suggested sending out a replacement part and trying that. It didn't work. So they sent out another replacement unit. Still didn't work (properly) but I could get the majority of the camera things to work but it still wasn't right. So I contacted them again and they offered to send out an entire new, complete, system. They also said, if I could just hang on a little while longer, they have an updated version coming out (The G890) so I waited for it and I've now had it a little while and I think it's fantastic.Greet product, good quality and straightforward to fit.Above all else though the customer service experience has been greatThanks Wolfbox and well done

Cameras are good quality. Screen and picture quality very good. Had an issue early on. Had quick response and problem sorted with no stress. Customer service was excellent.

Very good product totally worth the investment... It gives me pease of mind knowing my car has an extra security feature. Also the reversing camera feature increases my availability to park in tight spots. Great video quality... I could be happier when I got 20% discount in my car insurance thanks to this dash cam system.

Camera does what is supposed todo,sound can appear bad when watch video on camera but when sd card placed to pc or phone sound quality is good.Recommended installation by specialist all 3 cameras works perfect.

I bought the product to make my car better. But the product made my car worse.First of all, I have to say: The product comes in a cool box, but the product is a classic Chinese product. Probably made in the cheapest way and put in a cool box...The electrical cables of the product come out of the box. But these are too short and too lousy. I went to the Range Rover service. I asked them to connect this product to my car. They said that the product wiring was very mediocre. They suggested me a few cables. When I looked online, I had to buy £40-50 worth of extra cables.You also have to pay £150 to have it fitted.I did some research on this product. There were many positive and negative comments on the internet. I went to a master who did this job. I showed my car and the product. He stated that the product may damage the electrical system of the car and it is a cheap product.We connected the product to the cable as a test. Image quality was pretty bad and not really good enough. It doesn't deserve more than £100... Because the car companies have much nicer ones. They also do free installation.

It's very good
