Q: How does this bed hold up to certain "physical activities"?

It will hold up to all the "physical activities" you can throw at it. I put one of these in my travel trailer a few years ago and has taken one hell of a beating. Plenty springy for some advanced moves yet durable enough to really dig your heels in for traction when you need it. I'm pretty sure the camper is gonna fall apart before this mattress does.

Q: Is this mattress firm or plush? I've read conflicting information.

I have the 8" and it's medium-firm. AND IT'S TOTALLY WORTH IT! I've been working on losing weight and am currently at 275lb and I was concerned that I'd have an issue with comfort on the 8". I wanted a thicker mattress but I didn't want anything too plush. For several years I slept on an extra wide cot with an egg crate foam pad which was firm enough to be somewhat comfortable. But when I finally decided to go ahead and get a new bed, this 8" with memory foam and springs didn't let me down, I've been sleeping on it since March 2021 and it love crawling under the covers. The springs are sturdy enough that I don't sink at any given areas of the body and the foam is thick enough to cradle me over the steel springs with no pressure points. I'm a single guy so I got the twin but I'm about to upgrade to a full size 8".

Q: How is the coil springs sound? Quiet or noisy? Thanks.

I bought mine (12 inch Queen) in June 2020, and have never had an issue with noise from it. My better half wakes up if a mouse sneezes in the front yard, so it wouldn't have lasted in our house without being quiet.
