These do exactly what is expected of them. There are a few sizes to choose from which is nice. They screw into wood easily. I used a few of these to hang slightly heavy outdoor lights. I had used a handful of command strips with hooks and they eventually fell off after a few months. I was just trying to avoid screwing into the wood on the porch. These screw in hooks won’t be falling for a very long time, if at all, so the performance will be top level for appropriate weights. The best part is the hooked part has a rubber coating that’s waterproof in case your hook will be out in the elements. It’s sturdy and looks good.

Like the variety of sizes & vinyl coating. Used smallest hooks to hang jewelry in my bathroom, easy to install the hooks even with my arthritis. I used the largest to hang mugs on my kitchen cabinet, had some trouble there. First one I tried had the shank completely break off due to too much torque, so remember to always still a pilot hole when using these on any kind of wood. Ice used brass cup hooks many times in these cabinets without pilot holes, and never had one break like this product did. They are working fine now they are installed.

We have had these Romeda hooks for only a week; and yet we've already found several ways to use them. For example, a large one is mounted to the edge of the shutter on our back porch, holding the missus' broom off the floor, yet easily grasped. A small hook is mounted to the white ash shelf in the office to hold a small charging wire out of the way. And in the 'Codger Coop' (our celebrated hunting blind), small hooks hold up the dampers of high and low air vents.In all three cases, the hooks screwed tight to the mounting material (plywood, hardwood, pine) without 'torquing' off. Still, we suggest drilling a pilot hole. Especially with the larger hooks, which may be twisted into place with a lever or strong hand, there's a lot of torque applied to the screw end of the shaft. These hooks took the strain without problem. And they don't bend open under reasonable load. We like 'em. ~ The Duffian

Nicely made and shaped. Sturdy and screws easily into wood. I have hanging hummingbird feeders with insect traps above filled with water and permethrin hooked to one of the large hooks and it's very stable. I like that there is a bunch included as you never can seem to find one when you need them. Organized in their own little box they will be quite handy unless I forget what drawer their in.

Easy to use, has a nice coating, there are multiple sizes to be used for different projects, and the price was great, would by again, there are plenty of hooks so it may take a while to use them all but we'll worth the purchase price, shipping was fast, and the product was better than the description
