I'm a beginner and wanted a poster of poses. They used a real model with is a plus. If you are a teacher or just want this for a home studio or a gym. This would be a nice piece. I'm planning on taking classes but for now. I just want to get a better understanding of yoga is before I commit to classes. The poster is laminated and looks wonderful. They even shipped it in a poster tube. I was excited that the supplier would go that extra step. What more could I write about. This is a great teaching tool. Highly recommended.

Great reference, lots of illustrations (clear, but a little small)

I keep this on my home office wall and use it frequently to remind my self to do yoga throughout the week, and this gives me ideas of which poses to do. Love it!

Retains curl for a long, long time after being shipped in a tube. Not sure what crazy glue I have to use to adhere to the wall, but so far everything I’ve used has resulted in it landing on the floor. Nice printing though.
