Continuous leakage from shower
I bought this for a new shower set up as all other fittings in my new home were from Moen. I am extremely disappointed with the quality of these products. I am using the U232CIS valve as I wanted the ability to control the pressure flow of water. But this integrated trim has a lot of issues. Even after checking all videos and manuals, using a professional plumber, and repeating the process twice, there is a constant, very slow drip from overhead and hand showers. Nothing seems to fix it and I don't know what to do. The integrated lever for switching water flow on/off and set temperature also does not seem to fit as well as it should. It is functional but just seems off a bit. I have already tried with 2 sets of this trim.I may try to get a different trim and call the plumber again...but I am worried it will have the same issues. May have to change the valve itself...and with all tiling done, not sure if that will be easy to do. A real nightmare...
