Sleek and attractive with terrific wireless feature
The all-in-one is compact, attractive and has the large ink wells instead of cartridges so I'm hoping the ink last as long as it is reputed to last. I was able to connect it wirelessly so one less cord ...Hurray!The only drawback which may or may not be fixable is the touch screen. while it is unobtrusive and adds to the very sleek design, it is also verrrry small. You must be eye-level with it and maybe even use a magnifying glass (I have reading magnifiers) in order to read it.I could never get the DVD that came with it to work but the info is online or I included the Tech Support option so not a big deal.I love the wireless feature and the slide-out paper catcher with tipped up end so that the printed sheets don't fly off into space!

No more cartridges!
We hate cartridges. We were so done with our prior printer. It NEVER seemed to have enough ink. Plus, I personally hate fumbling around getting the cartridges in and out. This is so much easier! Also, this paired so easily with all our devices. We’ve has got three months at this point and it works easily and consistently. Recommend!

Printer quality and price
I was able to find the same brand and a newer model color printers for less than$100 than what I paid for this one on Amazon! Quality is average, nothing special.

Disappointed
Difficult initial setup and what I think are such minimal directions for use in online directions, makes it a choice I would never, ever recommend or buy again. Same goes for photo printing with poor quality color so disappointed.

The colors are muddy, color prints are not well defined. Im sending it back. Very disappointing.

Extremely difficult to operate; Epson helpline is useless.
default print font size is extremely large & not adjustable in many applications. Documents come out like kindergaertn readers! Epson phone help takes me on an elaborate & in the end useless jaunt through settings that only makes problems worse. This is the most nonintuitive printer I've had to work with in 30 years od computer work. I absolutely hate it, but can't afford to replace it. AGHH!
