Great transition out of Lego into more challenging toys
I purchased it as a gift for a 12 year old who has desires of becoming an engineer. Loves LAGO and quickly completes building sets in very short order. But this he finds challenging and requires thought, concentration and patience. Excellent challenge with more than 500 parts.

We got this for my nephew for Christmas and he just brought it over and worked on it all day. Pretty fast and makes lots of robot noises.

Hes super cute and fun
The media could not be loaded. This was very fun to do with my son some of the instructions were a bit confusing but we got him done my only complaint is that some of the pieces didn't click together as tight as others and one of his arm holders falls out occasionally

Excellent Gift (If It Fully Works)
I got this as a Christmas gift for my 7 y/o nephew who is really advanced based on a ton of building toys and legos in particular. I knew he could tackle a harder challenge and was able to build this all on his own.He does enjoy the toy, but was really bummed by the fact we got one where one of the LEDs for the the eyes connected to the wires on the motor unit doesn't work at all. From what I could tell, the wire, connection, and LED on the outside looked fine, but I didn't want to try opening and potentially breaking the motor unit to look inside. Even after I tried charging it for him, still no luck. Guessing we got a bad LED. If it wasn't for that and seeing his disappointment to it still after having fully built it, I'd give this a full 5 stars.

Robots!!
Ok, this is just the perfect toy for a young builder with a great imagination. The colors are perfect and a great toy to share with an adult. Perfect learning toy that does not get put to the back of the closet. It is a good quality building toy and I would buy it again and again for gifts.,?
