Perfect replacement for our old Norcold fridge in our RV
I replaced our old Norcold RV fridge with this one. There are a few models from different manufacturers that fit in the cutout for an RV fridge. This was the only model I could find that had an ice maker and auto defrost. The unit arrived in perfect condition even though the packing materials are quite thin. I can see how these could easily get dented if handled rough in shipping. This fridge is super quiet. It was cooled down and making ice within 2 hours of being installed. It filled the ice bin within 48 hrs. The finish does show finger prints but easy wipes to a clean shine.I did call customer service with a question about the function of the ice maker. The manual states to not block the “ice full” sensor and shows a picture of the sensor arm in a down position. Well you won’t ever see the arm in that position unless you open the freezer right after it dumps ice and watch it. It rotates down to check ice level then returns to up position. Customer service asked me to send a picture in response to the email they sent. I was unable to reply because their mailbox is full. I figured out the answer on my own.All in all I am very pleased with both the fit and function of this fridge.Addition: I’ve come to realize that this model without ice maker is the exact same fridge that RecPro sells in a 12v model at 3x the price. They also sell the mounting brackets and door latch for the same fridge. That makes this this fridge perfect if you are looking to replace your old Norcold with a residential style 110vac.

6 months in use and everything in the refrigerator is ruined.
I have used this for only 6 months and it’s stopped cooling. This isn’t used often, single person. Gone through all the trouble shooting and now waiting on mfg to reply to my email.

WORST PURCHASE EVER
Warranty is a joke, rude and confused customer service. Amazon seem to be getting worst with customer service. The unit work for 1 month, the refrigerator stop getting cold. Called Amazon, they told they could not do anything because it was past 30 days. After numerous calls I got a partial payment. Was directed to contact Galanz re: warranty. Here’s their warranty. Galanz wanted me to cut the cord and send it back to them along with the tags coated on the back. They the. Would send me a full refund. This does not answer the question as to what to do with this broken fridge. I was directed to pay someone to haul it out. All I wanted was a replacement, if your going to have a business and sell product you should always have a contingency plan in place. Collaborate with locate businesses to help address/ fix issues especially with new product. WHAT THE HELL IS WROng WITH YOU. HORRIBLE PEOPLE,SERVICE. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE THOUGHT ITWAS A JOKE AND LEFT ME ON HOLD UNTIL CLOSING AND DID NOT BOTHER TO END MY PHONE CALL. YOU WILL BE ONE OF THE MOST POPULAR STORES SOON AND NOT IN A GOOD WAY. IGONA MAKE SURE NOBODY ELSE GOES THROUGH THIS. SHAME ON YOU.FOLLOW UP AMAZON DID REPLACE MY PURCHASE. I went and contacted neighborhood fix it guy and now it is working fine. More money out of my pocket. If the need wasn’t so great. I probably would have drop the unit at their so call corporate office in Jersey.

INSPECT EVERYTHING UPON RECEIPT!!
I’m giving it a 4 because as far as I know at the moment, it works fine when delivered unbroken and once you get the doors adjusted properly. I took off 1 star because it seems the doors require adjustment to close properly- especially so if you plan to change the hinge side. When it arrived, the delivery people told me,” oh that styrofoam just protects the wheels, but you can see it rolls fine”. The styrofoam bottom that fridge sits in when delivered was beaten badly but I didn’t think anything of it. I unwrapped it, plugged it in overnight and all seemed ok. Well 3 months later when I’m finally assembling the kitchen, I noticed that the door seal doesn’t fit to fridge carcass all the way around. Inspecting further, the bottom of the fridge door had been pulled apart and forced back together by someone intending to hide the damage. I could tell because the bent metal of the door exterior was folded under the plastic bottom of the door.Since I’m already way past inspection time, I took the doors off, pried the plastic door base away (just spray foam glued), bent the metal back in place and pushed the plastic base back over the bottom edge of metal door.Since I already had the doors off, I figured I might as well change the hinge to the left side for my kitchen. After switching, the fridge wouldn’t close all the way because the bottom hinge stuck out a little too far - a good mallet swing to the hinge took care of that. Plus the divider between fridge and freezer was pushed out on the right side (looked like it came that way from the factory) - couple swings of my mallet fixed that. Freezer door was crooked, hanging low to the right - loosened the top hinge screws and used a mallet to fix that too.

Mom loves it!
My mom needed another fridge to hold extra food for the grandkids. This fridge is the perfect size to fit I the area she wanted it. The performance so far is great and mom is using this more than the main fridge! I’m in my mid forties and still a mama's boy and there is nothing more important that seeing her smile which this fridge did! I’m happy that she loves it!

nice little ice box!
space saver ice box, about 10 cubic foot total. quiet in operation. i got this one on sale for an excellent price . its not really a "cheap" unit retail. it can be moved about and installed by ONE man. and its small enough to fit through most doors. its not full size , yet its not "small " either. it has a lot of room inside. seems well-made. i'm liking it so far. we will see if it holds up!!

Not a forever fridge
This fridge has worked great for a few years. The issue is seals. The freezer has had to be forced closed since day 1 or it ices. Recently, the fridge seal has stopped working (door does not close completely), causing huge amounts of ice all over. Great for a few years or a garage
