First off, the input is only 720p, so don’t expect this to match the 1080p reverse cam. Secondly, the instructions are crap so don’t waste your time with them, watch a YouTube clip on it and get to work. No special tools required and the install took about 30 min. I used the Tazer mini to activate it and it works perfectly! I will update on longevity after a few runs and washes.

Installation was easy, followed instructions, activated the cargo cam via tazer, still just a blue screen.

Installed on my 2020 JLR, works perfectly.If I may share a little advice when installing, be sure to be very gentle when removing the red plastic locking clip from the plug that goes into the radio unit. This plastic tends to be brittle, so it is good to remove it evenly with a small flat head screw driver to prevent snapping.Also, if the video does not come on once you enable the camera through your Jeep dealer or Tazer, I would troubleshoot the red and black wires that you have to crimp together first. Sometimes the crimping does not make a good connection, such as in my experience.Other than those pointers, this is a good product with excellent customer service! And you can’t beat the price

For the money, this setup is hard to beat. It’s at least half the cost of others and works well. Video quality isn’t great but that is probably because the input only allows SD not HD. So, This isn’t entirely the camera’s fault. The mounting system on the camera could use some improvement. When mounted tightly, the camera points too straight forward instead of the proper downward angle. I had to mounted the camera near the middle of my grill and add spacers/washers to get the proper angle I wanted. Even now, I may end up mounting the camera in the bottom of the bumper to better see obstacles in front of the Jeep.Like I said this isn’t a bad product, especially for the price. It just doesn’t mount at the angle I prefer. It may be fine for your preference though.Note: you will need some type of programmer to activate this camera, such as Tazer or JScan.

I have experience with jeeps and needed this for trail riding in my JT. Easy install and once I changed my settings with the Tazer all worked perfectly. If you don’t have a tazer I don’t know how you will get this to work.

After installing you still need to buy another product to complete the installation process and it cost about $200 to 300 and thats not includeding the cámara which already cost $90 bucks

This camera has a very wide clear field of view. It was easy to install with the factory hardware added a dab of my own loctite just to ensure no movement and ran provided cables which were already in a loom for protection. Great system
