So Much Better
This is an awesome kit. If you’re handy at all, the install is super easy. Even the wiring is easy since they include positaps, except for the plate light connection. It looks fantastic compared to stock, the running light is nice and bright despite the smoked tube, and the amber turn signals work as they should with no hyper blinking. If you’re in MA, the license plate doesn’t quite fit the tag mount so I’m going to remove the tag mount and do a side plate kit instead. Overall, solid kit.

Amazing! But a bit expensive for that it is...
TL/DR – It looks amazing but the materials used seem cheap. No easy connectors (oem type). Difficult to install if you only have basic tools.I can’t in good conscience say that this is an easy job. I would give it a 7/10 for difficultly. Removing the entire rear fender and wiring is the easiest way to connect everything up. As for the vampire type connections, I would strongly advise against them. Do the job correctly and solder the wire ends into the wiring harness or into the plug connections. The bracket is made of plastic bent and shaped. The LED lighting (white lights) for the license plate are cheap but effective. However, when everything is installed it looks amazing. The fit is perfect after cutting and test fitting 15 times with the mud guard. YES, you need to cut the mud guard and I recommend a dremel for ease of use. Otherwise you need to protect the wiring somehow. I got the “Yamaha Bolt Fender Eliminator Integrated LED Taillight Kit with Tag Light and Bracket - Brake and Turn Signals - Smoked Lens” and couldn’t be happier with the product. Just wish Chrome Glow gave an easy OEM connection setup for this crazy price.

Super Easy and Looks Amazing
I'm 20 years old with no electrical training. This was a super easy install with very good directions. I was a bit put off by the price at first, but it was well worth it! My boyfriend was going to install it, but when in quarantine not much to do. My bike looks so much sleeker. I'm not sure about the kit they gave to mount the license plate though. I'll probably switch it out with a bolt and locking nut. Very nice all around.

Good quality
Good quality overall, easy to install although take note that it does require cutting the stock fender so you'll lose the option to revert it.

Extremely overpriced and cheap
It's made of cheap quality materials, obviously 3D printed, and assembled together with zipties and bent plastic. I do respect that the seller obviously had to go through some R&D to figure out how this would come together and look like it does, but $165 is far too steep of a price. This should be $120 or lower.Regrettably it's the only one of its kind on the market, so the seller can just charge whatever they want and the consumer just has to eat it.I had someone else install it so I have no opinion on the difficulty of the install.Note that if you remove the brake light, you will have an empty hole with wiring underneath it. You will have to weld in a patch or find some other solution to seal it, as this can lead to water damaging the wiring.

Loved the product
Could've been made of better materials but overall I'm impressed and happy with this product, only took half an hour to install and thanks to the instructions that's came with the product it made it a lot easier. You do need to cut the fender flap that holds the license plate off and I recommend a saw of some sort to make it easier on you

Overpriced for the quality but looks amazing.
This kit was well designed, but is definitely not worth over $50. It’s built with cheap plastic, cheap wires of the thinnest gauge and very questionable chrome zip ties. The license plate light leds are very bright but I replaced them with a license plate cover that had built in leds. Overall it’s a great solution to get rid of the rear bullet turn signals and the obnoxious brake light. Definitely designed well, just wish it was made with a metal bracket instead, but even then, my bike looks very sharp and I have 100% trust that it will hold up to the elements as it’s durable plastic. Will do a review in 6 months. Instructions are very clear, I could have done this blind folded. I threw out the connectors and soldered all my connections as well as putting three layers of heat shrink over everything after electrical taping the connections to keep everything weather safe.
