Awesome awesome computer
I am so very happy I purchased this product! Haven’t had no issues out of it. Comes in mint condition and haven’t had any issues editing 4K videos and photos. Great company to buy from and is definitely worth the money

So disappointed
The outside was in great condition! I turned the laptop on it allowed me to set it up and then once I set it up line began to appear all over the screen like it was glitching there is a screen damage spot in the bottom right corner! I was davastated! I watched a review on YouTube of a lady unboxing her and hers came in great condition and was working wonderfully but this was horrible I paid over 600 for a faulty MacBook buy at your own risk! Amazon should not allow sellers to even sale these renewed products if the seller knows it doesn’t work and there wasn’t nothing in the description that said the screen was messed up etc! There was no damage to the shipping package as well! Do NOT waste your money on this product

Excellent machine
Highly recommended laptop. I am using this with many heavy application like adobe photoshop & after effect, Autocad, xcode, Unity 3D and Android studio. This small laptop could handle all of them in great performance.

Nothing to worry about
If you're thinking twice about purchasing, don't sweat it. While the packaging doesn't have Apple branding on it, it seems almost identical. This is a great price for a top-of-the-line Macbook. Even though it's the 2015 model, the 8GB RAM in this machine will probably be better than the more expensive 4GB 2016 model.

Faulty Software
So i got this computer and it worked amazing for the first month, was really happy with my purchase. About a month later my computer started shutting down while I was using it saying that there was something wrong with the software. Turns out before they sent this to me they put a software on this that WAS NOT Mac OS and a different software that is crashing the computer.

Beautiful, slow, fragile laptop
I've owned this for over a year, and it's one of the most beautiful, overpriced, hamstrung products I've ever purchased. The good:- MacOS is delightful, as always.- Gorgeous display.- Shockingly light and thin. The bad (really, really bad):- *ONE* PORT. So, they removed MagSafe, a wonderful charging port that all Mac laptops had for years. And they replaced it with ONE USB-C port, a port that pretty much zero peripherals use, yet. So, you buy a $1300 laptop that is incapable of plugging into anything but its USB-C wall-charger. If you want to plug *anything* else you own in, well, you gotta *buy* a separate $80 DONGLE! (they recently dropped the price, but not much, and it should be INCLUDED.) This dongle then gives you one standard USB port, HDMI out (no sound throughput), and a single USB-C breakout (which means you will be able to charge with the dongle plugged in, but still be incapable of plugging in another USB-C peripheral at the same time, since, you know, still one port). It also feels like it cost .50 cents to make, which makes the insult of paying another $80 for it even more infuriating. Apple's new design idiom of forced dongle breakout for plugging anything into their hardware is sad and really, poor design. Yay, out of the box a product was a centimeter thinner, and lacking one more supposed eyesore of a port, but then the product immediately becomes uglier by the immediate necessity of half a dozen large appendages dangling off its side. It should be pointed out that Apple's current iPhone headphones cannot even plug into any of their computers... unless you add a dongle for that too!- A unique keyboard that I enjoyed typing on at first also feels very fragile - and it is. Even before the warranty expired, it started to have sticking keys and non-responsiveness more than far cheaper laptops I've previously used.- The processing power for the price is embarrassing. For a $1300 laptop in this day and age, websites shouldn't jitter and drop frames on scrolling. It's ridiculous how underpowered this puppy is. Oh, and forget gaming. It can hardly run even Diablo III within a framerate that's usable. Consider this a $1300 word processor with a keyboard prone to sticking and breaking. So, that alone is sort of makes this a non-recommendable product. At the end of the day, I could never recommend this machine to anyone. It's very frustrating, because more than any other machine I've ever picked up, I love holding and looking at it. But its ultimate abilities and build quality issues make it something to avoid. It is the definition of form over function. On the whole, with the recent release of similarly-overpriced, underpowered, head-scratching-features MacBook Pros, along with this beautifully designed, unusable machine, I'm very worried for Apple's Mac future. After over 16 years of Apple use, with my next computer, I am very likely to be returning to Windows. Microsoft has made great progress, and the value of high-powered gaming laptops (also great for power-hungry programs from Adobe) is far more reasonable in this price range. It breaks my heart, and I hope Apple decides to embrace the Mac again and clean up their inconsistencies and half-hearted usability choices.
