It’s hard to add ingredients while it’s mixing
I used it for the 1st time today. Easy to operate, has good power. It is hard to add other ingredients while it is mixing & the beater does not go to the bottom of the bowl.

I would skip this one...
The media could not be loaded. I dunno, guys. Half the glowing 5 star reviews are partway right, BUT most of the 1 star reviews are spot on about build quality. Is it a bit loud? Sure. It's as loud as any stand mixer. Is it powerful? Yeah, actually, it is. The video I uploaded is of ciabatta dough made with a preferment. That stuff makes KitchenAids struggle.Do you need to scrape down the bowl? Yes - but you generally need to do that with... ANY stand mixer. I don't feel like I had to scrape down any more, or less than other mixers. It 100% depends on what your mixing. Bread dough? Probably won't need to scrape. Creaming butter and sugar together? Probably will need to scrape.However... Build quality is an... Issue.I have had this machine maybe 4 months - I use it... At least 3 times a week. I make bread, I make cookies, I make whipped cream. But... Recently the damń thing broke down. The "planetary" movement hub just... Let go. The thing that actually spins AND holds the mixing tools - just... Plopp! Right into my dough. There's a central screw that came out and went right into the dough I was working on just a moment before the hub came off.So, I replaced the hub, put the screw back in, and made a new batch of dough, only to notice that there was perspiration on the upper edge of the bowl. I wiped my finger through the moisture and it came up black. Machine oil and metal flake - from that hub, from the chuck that holds the mixing tool. It had shredded the silvery metal plating off the chuck.Overall... It's... Ok? I feel weird suggesting it's NOT a bad product, but when it's working, it's pretty decent. However, overall to my overall, is that I would avoid this one. I got mine on discount, and even at 75 bucks (USD)... It's not worth it.I've never done any kind of maintenence to a KitchenAid (except for cleaning) and never had its main component fall apart

Flimsy!!!
I have no idea how people are giving this mixer such a high rating. I bought it as a second one as my kitchenaid mixer is too small for larger batches and this one is a lot bigger. Well this mixer is garbage compared to my old one. Here is my big list of cons for the mixer.Cons:Flimsy - whole thing shakes when mixing dough.Poorly sized attachments - the blades come nowhere close to being big enough. Outsides don't get mixed.low power - the motor can't even provide enough power to mix dough properly without cranking it up to max speed. If you are looking for a stand mixer keep looking as this one is a piece of garbage. I am sure it will break any day now and I am pissed I paid $200 for it.

Kitchen Game-Changer
Hey folks, just had to spill the beans about the KUCCU Stand Mixer – it's been a total game-changer in my kitchen. This bad boy's got an 8.5-quart bowl and a motor that's legit like a kitchen powerhouse, making it a champ for handling those hefty batches. The 6-speed control is a sweet touch, letting you finesse through different recipes like a seasoned chef. Now, I won't sugarcoat it – this mixer takes up some real estate on the counter, and there's a bit of a learning curve. But once you get the hang of it, trust me, it's like having a kitchen sidekick. The stainless steel bowl gives off this sturdy vibe, and the mixer handles everything from gentle stirring to intense whipping without breaking a sweat. If you're into serious cooking or baking, the KUCCU Stand Mixer is the real deal. It's become my go-to kitchen buddy, and I'm not looking back. Happy mixing, y'all!

Good quality product
Bought as a gift for my wife. Works better than the Kenwood Chef she had before and also has a larger mixing bowl. Has suction cup feet as well to keep it stable during operation and not finding its way off the counter. Been using it for several weeks now for baking cakes and mixing pizza dough.

mixer
I have only used a couple of times but I do like-only one complaint-it does not reach the bottom on small batches so I do double-I only use for dough-would recommend
