I purchased Reishi for my bedridden, 94 yr. old father who appeared would not live much longer. After Week One, Father was eating nearly twice the food intake, remaining alert longer periods, eyes and complexion much brighter, and verbally telling me that he is feeling much better. father has not wanted to get out of bed for over a year until now, whereas he has been asking for help to get up!! We've been mixing this in our morning coffee and very much enjoying the richness and added complexity it provides. It comes in individual serving sizes which is perfect for us. The box and accompanying literature are well designed and informative. This is a high quality product!

I read that some cultures offer reishi to pregnant women and it's reported their babies are very calm out of the womb. Well, I may be only a sample of one but I can attest to it! She is as chill AF!As for the product, the taste is amazing, I wish I could have multiple packets per day but I limited to one a day. Mix it with a little bit of honey in about 2 oz of hot water and you have yourself an amazing tea with wonderful health benefits.

I have done a ton of research into the health benefits and the science of mushrooms (specifically Reishi, lion's mane, and chaga), and I can say without a doubt that this is the highest quality Reishi that I have been able to find. If you are looking for the best, then this is definitely your choice.I've tried many different brands, and most of them use some sort of fillers and cut corners to make a profit. I would say, just OK quality.Some reishi products from other brands are much better.Lowered my rating to 1 star, as compared to other brands I started to use, this one did not prove to be any better.It certainly tastes as Reishi and has very mild effect.

Convenient small packets I take with me everywhere. Pop them into my morning smoothie, afternoon coffee, or evening detox teas. Very subtle flavor, but I've felt an overall energy boost, improved respiration and sleep, and better immune responses when I feel a niggling cold coming on.
