Excellent quality, well made, went together easily!
Excellent quality, perfect fit, looks great! I did a lot of research on Detroit Axle, and was not disappointed at all! My mechanic was VERY impressed also. Everything was aligned perfectly, went together quickly, no issues at all! Will definitely recommend and if need for another vehicle, wont hesitate to buy from Detroit Axle again!

One broke when installing shock bolt
The small ear where the shock bolt goes snapped off when I was tightening one of these. The price for the pair was within $5 for what one cost from the local parts store, so I just got the replacement from there and didn't return the pair, as it wouldn't have saved me any money to do so. The other one has been on for a week now, and seems to be OK.I'm not 100% sure of the cause of the breakage, but I did do one thing wrong. I installed new struts, and the bottom of the shock did not precisely line up with the ears, so I tapped the bolt in on the side that broke. It didn't noticeably break until I was torquing the nut, but I could have caused a crack by tapping on it. On the other side, I used a round pry bar to turn the shock so that it lined up perfectly, and I could insert the bolt easily by hand.Other than that, these fit well, and I like the angled grease adapter for the lower ball joint. This was installed on an '06 F-150, standard payload, 2wd.

Fit like a glove F150 2008 2 wheel ford
I replaced my factory Ford lower control arm with this item. Value was awesome. Other than the Ford logo they seem to be an exact exchange. You will need a 30mm deep socket and some 1/2 drive sockets and a 2 foot breaker bar to bolts are on tight. You will also have to remove your sway bar to get to the rear bolt with your socket. I recommend you replace you sway bar ends as well. Time to install is about 2 hours. Make sure you mark with a ink marker where your old bolts were so you can line everything back up.
