Fit Simplify Resistance Loop Exercise Bands with Instruction Guide and Carry Bag, Set of 5

I have come to believe that resistance bands may be the best way to get a strength and flexibility workout, particularly for upper body work. I got these to help rehab from a shoulder injury, and I can't imagine a better product for this use.They come in different weights / resistance so you can taylor the workout. You can work in pretty much any direction - pull or push, up, down or sideways - and infintely vary the resistance depending on the weight of the band you choose.The other great thing about them is they take up almost no space, so you can pack them in luggage and take them on a trip, and have an excellent workout while travelling. These bands are awesome!

I’m seriously impressed with the quality of these resistance bands, especially at this price point. They feel just as durable as the ones I bought through BODi (Beachbody) years ago—but those were nearly double the cost and only came with 3 bands. This set includes 5 resistance levels, which gives much more versatility depending on the workout. The bands are thick, sturdy, and don’t feel like they’ll snap under tension, which is always a concern with cheaper versions. Great value and excellent quality!

The perfect range of resistances. I’m not up to the heave test, but I was able to start with the very light weight and still have the option to increase. They seem to be very durable., I’ve bent using them 4/5 times a week for a few months. I guess I should wash them occasionally since the yellow one is beginning to look dingy.

It's a good set of resistance bands and they worked great until the yellow one broke. Seems like they would hold up better. I have moved to the red band and I'm hoping this one will last longer.

I actually ordered these by mistake. I thought they were straps :(. Started using them anyway and I love them. Very strong and sturdy, several different resistances. I will need to order the straps for my application, but I will keep these as I have incorporated them into my routine, and they do help with the "burn". Very well priced and quality.

I love these. I use them at home for increasing muscle and rehab after hip replacement surgery on both hips. I love that the bands are not only color coded with regard to weight strenghts but also labelled so that you can easily tell the lighter one from the others because some exercises I need the lighter band for and others I have worked up to the tougher bands.

These bands are good quality that come with a bag for traveling and a pamphlet with exercises showing you their optimal use.I would buy them again.

These bands are great! The difference between the resistance levels is amazing. They have helped considerably with both my arm and leg workouts at home. Could not be more pleased, and I would recommend these with absolutely no hesitation.
