Excellent short workout

I needed a short workout to fit into my long work days during COVID. I miss gym classes and have tried many exercise DVDs. This one is excellent. Gives you a choice of high or low impact. So far I have only done the high impact. It requires no equipment and is an excellent, and intense, full body workout in only 30 minutes. Cathe is a real pro. I like her timing, her instructions are easy to follow, and she focuses on correct form to prevent injuries. Definitely recommend!

Simple, Intense, Effective

I really like this workout. It is simple. All you need is a little room to move around, no equipment. It is fast-paced, so I feel like I really get a good workout, in the short amount of time. Cathe is high energy and good at calling out the choreography. I picked it up quickly.I need to switch up my workouts. If I don't, I settle into one, like a long haul trucker, and gradually lose form. This is a good one and I will look for more of her workouts.

Not for beginners

This series was a frustrating one and had to buy a diff one. The workouts were thorough and will get you going. But the woman moves way too fast and doesn't tell the next step until she's already doing it. So you have to watch the video 8 or 9 times and memorize the moves before you can become productive with it. I also really wouldn't agree it's for "beginners".Third, she moves so wide you have to be playing the is a gym.nibhave a large living room and was still bumping into things and not able to match the video as far as space.

Get your cardio on

This is high impact on steroids!!! This is way better than Zumba. I love Zumba and some of the moves appear to be Zumba like. I like that the moves repeat ,so it's easy to catch on and get your cardio on. This is so, high impact, I thought the warm up was the actual work-out. Not for beginners. This is for people that are used to cardio work-outs and are already conditioned to working out.

Excellent workout

I have a lot of Cathe’s videos. This one is da bomb! It’s fast paced and has very little down time. Heart rate soars and stays high through the workout. I’m very uncoordinated and anything with a lot of choreography really messes me up! These workouts have simple and easy to follow routines. Both the low impact and high impact are cardio intense. I like that there are many new variations of moves so it’s fresh and fun to do! I also loved the pyramid bonus section. These workouts will make you sweat!!!

Great video

So far almost every video that I have by Cathe, I love This one uses no equipment and keeps my heart rate up. I like the fact that there is low impact and high impact. I haven’t used the high impact but the low is great!

Not happy with the product

I have lots of exercise DVDs and this is the most expensive. Yet I get little workout from it. The main problem is the repeated stoppages, I exercise for 45 seconds, then there is rest of 30 seconds. Heart rate keeps going up and down and I hardly broke a sweat. Overpriced, I got little value from it and I will return it for any refund.
