I had never vacuumed down and recharged an automotive A/C system before. With the proper tools, it's an easy job for the DIY in you.After a week of constant use in nearly 100-degree heat, the A/C is still going strong and works perfectly.Pro:+ This 8-ounce bottle, even including the cost of the injector, which was purchased separately, is more cost-effective than the little cans of R134a & oil mix.+ This 8-ounce bottle is less expensive than the equivalent product found at the Auto parts store. The big-box store only had the more expensive R134a & oil mix cans.+ The bottle can be capped off, and the remainder can be used for another job.+ The bottle is clear, so you can see how much is left.Cons:- nothing so farI have one more vehicle that needs a bit of A/C work. Purchasing the gear, including the gauges, adapters, vacuum pump, oil injector, and this oil is still less expensive than taking it to the shop.
