8-bit Rise & Shine Heat Change Mug By ThinkGeek

I bought this for my grandmother for Christmas hoping it would be a cute and useful present for her.When I got the product there wasn't any damage on the cardboard box that it came in but when I got to the box that the mug was in I noticed some rough edges on the box but didn't think anything of it.When I actually got the mug into my hand though it was scratched and had a watery paint lump towards the bottom right under where the mouth is.For the price I was hoping for something nicer.The blue looks nice though when there is a hot liquid in it.

Very fun. Wish the threshold for the color change was a little lower. And also it’s hand wash only. But other than that works great.

It's a nice cup to brighten spirits for coffee (or whatever heated drink you enjoy). After too many washes the color change started wearing out and the paint kind of stripped.

Gave it as a Christmas gift to my niece and everyone wanted one! She loved it and has been using it since with no problems.

Black peeled off after three uses

Got this as a gift for my son who is in the tech world. It's cute, but needs quite a bit of heat to make it change (i.e., boiling water).

Love this cute little cup, just wish it was a little bigger.
