for what exercises can the barbell pad be used?
My straps seem to be incorrectly engineered, both the hook and loop of the velcro is on the same side. Am I misunderstanding how they should be used?
How comfortable is it to use the pad for hip thrusts? I need really effective cushioning for doing hip thrusts
