We made a dish I ate as a kid.

I subscribed to this order, and it came to me just in time. However, the fish size is much larger, and the salt content is higher. According to the store, this is the one I ordered before. Since they don't have any other smaller, less salty ones, I will keep it. But I might stop the subscription. I really disappointed. May 2025.I have bought this dried anchovy at a grocery store. Their product was very salty and I had to discard it. This product had very little salt and very fine size anchovies. I love it.

It was the perfect size to make a candied anchovy. The flavor was good and the quality was great!

I hope it was just this packet. Baby shrimps are mixed in making the texture very different. I had to hand pick baby shrimps out as many as I could since this was for my kids. Photo is just a small portion I picked out I was getting tired. Otherwise anchovies itself was great size and tasty.

These Angels are so tiny. They’re almost like dust can only be used as a seasoning, not the anchovy appetizer.

I bought these to make ramen tare but I could not stop snacking on them they’re really great.
