These little bowls are so adorable to me; they make eating chips look so much more aesthetic. I also use them for spices when cooking, sauces and dips, and even decoration for my jewelry or a key holder. Would recommend. Just keep in mind that they are smaller bowls. I originally bought them thinking they were larger, but they are just big enough for snacks and such, not full meals.

Although they are very well made, they are smaller than what you would think for the price.

7-8 months after purchase, and daily use:Very beautiful bowls. They are very lightweight- it feels as though they are hollow on the inside- is how light they feel to hold.There IS a stain or varnish on them. I was slightly hesitant to put food in them at first. After putting little flower heads with water in them, and seeing the bowls stand up to it for days- I just went with it. After 7/8 months of daily use, only hand washing, and rarely the use of sharp silverware, it seems to appear that the top edges are rubbing a varnish off, and the very strong smell from the inner bowl confirms the use of a varnish or stain.Perhaps not best for children’s use.Overall these bowls have been a beautiful piece on the table, and with light, and/or non-food use, they are an inexpensive way to bring a natural look to your home.

I’m disappointed in these, I’ve bought this set before and they were perfect, so I ordered another set, one is way small compared to the others and one is damaged on the inside

These work great for components for board games. They have a more subdued look on a wooden table compared to the brightly colored bits bowls that you usually see for board game components and they are big enough to fit all sorts of pieces. They also work as small snack bowls to place around the table. I would recommend for any gamer who likes the look and feel of wood over plastic. My only complaint is that they don’t stack or nest well so storage cane be an issue if you want to put them away.
