Buy of the year.
This is the deal of the year. My new Riptide works great. Probably the best on-line purchase I have ever made. Plenty of get up and go for my 15ft boat. You can troll as slow or as fast as you want at any and every speed in between.

Not recommended
Owned two of these and it will work great for awhile. First quick working just under two years and had to get replaced. Second had more than one issue where it quit working too and needed repairs. Only work intermittently near end of short five year life. POC literally fell apart driving home with top half somewhere back on highway. So two owned in less than seven years with life span of under two years to just over five. There has to be something better out there.
