YHG 44key Wireless Ir Remote Controller + 12v 5a Power Supply for 3528 5050 RGB LED Strip Light Lights

The IR controller is junk(the white box that controls everything) Bought two of them, only color that would work is red, no other function or color on the remote would work. Even the brightness of the red was dull at best. Tried a different remotes and it made no difference. Tried a higher quality IR controller from another supplier and everything worked fine with the lights. Full color flexibility, Extremely bright and full function of every button on the remote. I am hoping the seller will come through with a replacement or refund

I had LED strips separately and saw that this was the right voltage and watts to get. I had it originally set up in my new apartment, but when I plugged it in for the second time, it would just stay one color. I know it not normally supposed to do that, because my boyfriend has the same setup. At first, we thought it was a faulty power adapter, but I think in general the electric currents don't sync. Regardless, it just leaves a tinted blue light along all of the strips and has a casual light for any input that I give through the remote.

I had a few light strips laying around and decided to purchase this. The power brick works, and the remote works. The receiver was faulty. You turn the strip off and it turns red. The red pin must be shorting out so it's always on although the strip is off. Unless you're only looking to use red, orange, purple, or white I would not purchase this product. Multiple other reviews have stated this issue.

Tried to use this in a liquor cage at our restauraunt - after installed it seemed to be working fine, so I went about the rest of the shift. A few hours later I noticed the lights were no longer on so I went to inspect, and smelled a horrible burning plastic smell. The entire top of controller had melted itself and the bare PCB was dangling. Thank god I noticed when I did, it was still smoking and extremely hot when I pulled the plug and removed it from the wooden cabinet

The lights work fine but the power box went out after a week. Spent another 10 bucks and got another one and it only lasted about a week. Also had to order another remote as it was basically falling apart when I opened it. Very cheaply made. Next time I will invest in a better quality product.

Power supply chord broken and defective. Used a spare computer power supply chord and was able to activate the unit. Requested partial refund due to defective power chord.Also keeping an eye on the power port for the white remote control unit, did not seem as sturdy as what came with another full kit that I ordered, seems like solder points may be weak. So far it is working with my spare chord. Still waiting on partial refund or spare chord.

I used my lights twice. The second time the the RGB control box melted and shorted out the lights. I'm lucky it didn't start a fire!

The device began emitting smoke and an order after only a weeks use. I was very surprised. I am also grateful that we noticed the smoke because it could have been worse had no one been home. Unfortunate that it did not work out
