Does a great job of cleansing hair. Relieves itching while leaving hair soft and manageable. Doesn't smell and feel like a medicinal shampoo. Lathers great. Very pleased and keeps control of the scalp issues.

Really seems to help!
This product helps the little bumps on my scalp not to itch, when they come about once a month. I wish it came in a larger size. Good product.

Terrible
Idk how well it works for psoriasis control. But I know it stripped my hair of all its moisture I can hardly get my brush through after I used it. I normally use another product I was just trying this out because well its cheaper. I won't be using it anymore. They have the nerve to say its salon quality.P.s. I have long hair so mabey it would work if you have a buzz cut. Lol.

It’s not working for me
I have used other shampoos for Psoriasis and worked a lot better than this one. This brand smells better but does not help me with my head flaking. I will ask for a return. The same with the triderma cream. It doesn’t work. At least for me.
