Great company to deal with
I haven't used this roller enough to comment on longevity, but everything looks good. Some of the threaded holes feel a bit gritty, but nothing that stops the adjustments from turning. I'll still be pulling everything apart and cleaning out the holes or chasing the threads. I was a little surprised that it has a four gear drive system designed so the gear teeth stay engaged even with the feed rollers opened up well past max capacity. The company wastes no time getting orders shipped out. Respond to emails quickly as well.
