Everything’s works which is all I needed it for, definitely used, face is marked up and coating peeling a little but still in much better shape than my last one that was broken so all in all not too shabby, this one is darker in color than the oem one that was in my 98 Tahoe but I like this color more. All in all I got what I paid for for buying the least expensive one with all the buttons on them.

I bought another cheap version of this after original melted and had very little heat! Bit the bullet and bought this one, so far works great after several months! Also the rear defroster is nice to have back and also works now

needed new control second fan speed went out {the one i like most when driving in socal} easy to install old one was so old it was crispy broke more when removing connectors this was on a 96 yukon slt w rear defrost while i was there i took out the old cd and replaced with the cd replacement pocket get some felt to line inside , comes in handy for little storage compartment . thats if you already have aftermarket stereo installed

I started off replacing my heater control with one from ebay that was from a mass seller. It was only $25 cheaper than this one. It failed straight out of the box. It would never fully heat, after digging in, the dial would show full heat, but it would only turn the servo 3/4 full so it was always cold in my truck.I then took a chance on the LOSTAR after reading through the reviews. I compared it to my new/broken unit and I could see a few better areas on the board end of it right away. I installed it and boom, my heat was working again! I would say that this is a great value and good quality for the cost. Thank you!

It did fit my 99 Suburban just fine. The rear Defrost button doesn't work, unfortunately. I live in a hot climate so I'm not really going to mess with the hassle of a return,unless something else goes wrong with this thing

I ordered the wrong one . I needed one for a 95 g m c sub. 1500 . so for the return is great right now no problems. Will do buniess with you again Sorry about that P

don’t try to save a few dollars and buy this cheap knock off. didn’t work at all and is poor quality. spend a little more and get one from a reputable supplier
