This is a flip phone that’s available in 2 attractive colours, blue or red.The phone is unlocked which means you can use different networks on PAYG or a contract, and it works on 2 or 3G.It can take 2 Sim cards, a micro SD card, and adaptors are supplied for different size Sims if needed.The phone comes with an earpiece, UK 3 pin to 5V charger and a useful spare battery. It has large buttons, and holding the SOS button in for 5 seconds sets off the phone’s siren. At the same time when set up, it will send up to 5 numbers your pre-set message, asking for assistance.

Looks a lovely phone. Nice big buttons for short sighted. The only issue I have with it, is the very short battery life. I bought this product as the info about the item states good battery life!

I bought this for my elderly husband as he is not tech savvy at all he can use it fine mostly but does need help but the battery life is abysmal, it needs charging every day even though it’s not been used

Good phone for my mother, and fulfilled her requirements of a mobile. unfortunately very flimsy hinge and broke easily.

I was looking for a big button phone for my Dad who is 91 in August .... I'd tried a couple of different ones with not much luck at all as i was using an "ID Sim Card" .... i later found out a lot of these "Big Button Phones" operate on the 2G network, and i needed one that operates on the 3G network .... This phone was perfect, Sim inserted and online immediately, really easy to set up, and the SOS button is a really nice feature that works perfectly.

Brought for an elderly person phone is loud and speak clearThe way to text is very hard and where the volume button is on the side its easy to press while talking on phone which then mutes the volume if someone calls

Brought this for my Dad as it has big buttons that he finds easier to use.The only downside to this phone is it takes pictures but it can not send them or receive. And the SOS button is a good function, but because of where it is placed, it is easily knocked and SOS sent when not needed, meaning my Dad actually turned the function off altogether. But for ease of use for basic text and call it's a great phone

Great phone - shame about the battery.Pluses- the phone is well made, the screen is clear, the menus easy to navigate, the buttons are clear and simple.- it comes with 2 batteriesMinuses- 1st battery went from full charge to empty in 12 hours on standby - no calls made.- 2nd battery lasted 36 hours on standby - 2 calls totalling less than a minute.- the Torch is a nice idea, but the button is quite prominent on the side, so it's easy to inadvertently switch it on.Sending it back.
