Why Didn't I Decide to Get This Sooner
I have enjoyed Lee Haney's DVD workout for quite a while. I don't see how anyone can follow this regimine and not get results. Very safe as well as healthy.Someone at work loaned me the VHS version for about a week. Very motivated after watching this, I joined a gym for about a year. People assumed I was one of the trainers before long. The gym went through changes and I decided to work out at home. With a treadmill and weight bench purchase, there is never an excuse not to work out. With the book, you get additional information to the history of Lee Haney and Bodybuilding, not to mention very detailed instructions on the actual exercises. I would recommend this book to anyone because of the safe way of gradually building - you never get sore.

The most sound and accurate information you will find anywhere.
Lee Haney's instruction book filled in a lot of the blanks for me. I've owned and watched his Mr. Olympia workout video for years but his book ties everything together. Each chapter has a section for beginners, intermediate and advance. You will definitely find what you need in this book no matter your level. Lee promotes the basics at all levels, nothing fancy to confuse or discourage. You know you can't go wrong with a book from the greatest bodybuilder of all time!

Replacement book that I loved - it's a great one to learn how to lift properly even if you don't want to look like the amazing athletes in the book. Anyone can learn from this book!

Lee still the best.
This for me is an excellent book. I have been lifting for over 20 years. The workout routines to me are very good. Adds more variety to my workouts and more change physically. I can't complain.

Great Stuff
Forget Schwarzenegger's "Encyclopedia of Modern Bobybuilding," Mike Mentzer's "Heavy Duty," or Dorian Yates's "Blood and Guts." This is THE book to have for increasing strength and health via weightlifting--simple, effective, no nonsense. And Haney's workouts for his celebrity clients--among them Evander Holyfield--provides interesting reading.

Great book written by one of the greatest Bodybuilders of all time!
Great book written by not only one of the greatest bodybuilders of all time and a class act as well but it's very informative, I bought this book a long time ago and actually had it signed by Haney himself at a nutrition store where he was meeting with fans, signing autographs and giving a free little seminar, this is Haney's 2nd book after Totallee Awesome and it has more information in it after he won the Mr. Olympia 8x which was a record at the time beating Arnold's 7x record, since then Ronnie Coleman has tied Lee's record of 8 wins but it's just amazing to have these guys words and knowledge written down on paper in their own books and not just in the various bodybuilding magazines that are stuffed full of adds, I wished they would come out with both of Haney's books on kindle form as well and even Dorian Yates 2 books also cause I like to be able to read them on my phone, tablet or Laptop and not just have the print forms and hopefully they will all come out on kindle sometime but this is a great book and if you're thinking about buying it don't think any longer, pick it up it's definitely worth it!
