Works great
Putting It together took a little while( No direction)and trying to figure out how to get the wood to slide into the slots was challenging but over all.. its a nice piece of Furniture. I just wish the openings were a little bigger and they came with storage containers. Over all, I would rate it a 8.5.

The quality of wood is great, the quality of their cuts is not.
I had previously thought about purchasing a dremel... this made it necessary. Almost all cuts were not wide enough so it prevented the pieces from fitting together. What should have taken 2 hrs to assemble, took the better part of a 3 day weekend and made a mess of my garage.

Defective Items - Un-Usable -
Product is un-useable. Called manufacturer because cuts were all wrong, they said they have gotten several calls about this with this product. Said to send it back to where we bought it from. When I started the return through Amazon....the seller is expecting us to pay for shipping. I can't imagine how much this is going to cost to ship such heavy items back. Un-acceptable!

Overall this is a nice sturdy set of cubbies. Putting it together was a challenge. There were no instructions.The space for coats is a bit narrow but I think it will be OK.
