Just what we needed!
The perfect solution to give us an alternate method to access our garage should the power fail or the garage door opener go on the fritz. Easy to install and works perfectly!

Measure the cable for your garage
Make sure you check the length of the cable. This one was too short for my Genie. I had to modify the installation a bit, but otherwise, works great

I never had the key to my existing emergency release lock and this was a perfect replacement. Exact fit as my old one. I was able to pop out the old one, insert this one and now I'm able to get into my garage if I ever lose power.

Not great quality but not much option
Isn't a great quality one. As mentioned in other review, it does need some oil or WD40 as it is quite rusty to turn. In addition, the chrome plate around the key hole was bended a bit and had problem going back into the hole. I have to clamp it a bit to get it to fit back into the hole. But there isn't much option for this. Just make sure you are ready to add some oil and clamp a bit.
