This E.R. Wagner plate caster has a polyurethane on polyolefin wheel, a flat base with holes for bolting or welding to an object, and a swivel design to allow movement with a 360-degree change in direction. A total-lock brake simultaneously prevents rolling and restricts swivel movement when the foot-operated lever is depressed. The plate caster's wheel consists of a polyurethane tread molded to a polyolefin core. The wheel rolls with ease, provides quiet operation, resists abrasion and impact, and protects floors. It is suitable for bearing light to heavy loads on carpeted and hard-surfaced floors. The medium-soft polyurethane tread is non-marking and resistant to water, oil, and most s, and it has a hardness of 50 to 60 Shore D. The wheel has a recommended operating temperature range of -20 to 180 degrees F. The roller bearing provides high load capacity and greater durability than ball bearings. The 750 lb. load capacity makes this caster suitable for moving utility trucks, t containers, and production dollies.
