This is the best eyeliner pencil I have ever used, and I've been wearing eyeliner for 40 years! It goes on smoothly (even on elderly eyelids) and stays on all day. I use baby oil to remove it. My eyes are fairly sensitive to makeup products, and this one is a game changer. Yes, the navy blue (they call it femme fatale) is twice the price of the black one, but it's a great color and very flattering, making the whites of the eyes look whiter. I also bought the black one and anticipate an equally positive experience with it, and it's about half the price of the dark blue one.

Goes on nicely and lasts all day! No smudging and washes off great too!

I use this eyeliner for the waterline area but do not use it on the upper or lower eye lid as it is slightly oily and smears immediately and does not stay only on the top of eyelid or corners of they eyes. I would only recommend for using on the upper waterline of the eyelid, at least that is my personal experience as it lasts fairly long, although at times it can leach into my eyeball which does not hurt, but it makes my eyes water and they turn red. The leaching does not happen all the time. I like it, it works for me as a mature woman as I don't pound on make-up or apply heavy black eyeliner as less is best in my personal opinion no matter what age.

I bought this because Erin Parsons claims it's the best for your water line. PERIOD. okay?! All day, no smudge, no running! Looking good and loving it! This is my new favorite liner for my water line. xo

My favorite eyeliner. Goes on smooth and stays put.

I can apply eyeliner very easily. The color is perfect. The only thing unfortunately is it smudges. In about an hour or two there are noticeable smudges under my eyes!
