Delicious

Item was a complete disaster
The envelope looked well and secure with no damage noted; however, I opened the package and box of cookies and found it likely was exposed to heat as the cookie chocolate was melted and the cookies were completely crushed. I tasted one and it was stale. In utter disgust, I threw the package of cookies in the garbage. They weren't worth the cost of return shipping. I gave the order one star since the shipping envelope was A-OK. Sorry, no photo. The garbage was picked up shortly after I deposited the cookies in the container. I also DO NOT want a replacement shipped to me, and I accept full responsibility for the charges associated with this order.

Showed up just as expected
Bought these for my mother in law who is from Canada and she said these were her favorite. I was a little worried about how they would show up due to bad reviews. They showed up as expected in good condition, fresh, and my mom loved them!

Stale Cookies
These cookies are usually wonderful but these last two boxes I bought were stale and broken. One box was worse than the other. I left a message for the seller, but no response from them. As expensive as these are, they should make sure the cookies are fresh and not sitting on there shelves for years. These were a father's day gift and what a disappointment. I don't like giving bad reviews, but this shouldn't be happening.

Delicious. But not at all gluten free!
As stated. Delicious, but not gluten free.For those who don't worry about this, one thing to note is that these cookies are delicate. The packaging isn't particularly good at protecting them from delivery. They work well enough for delivery to your grocery store. But not delivery via Amazon to your door. The chocolate shell breaks up quite a bit. And they get stuck together somewhat as well. Still delicious. But a little unkempt.

The cookies were all in one clump and were stale and gross
Even though the cookies were all in one big ball at one end of the package, I tore them apart and tried eating them. They weren't too bad but were very stale. I threw the rest away.
