incomplete
Be aware on the description state “32 pieces serve for eight people.” But the set comes with 16 pieces, half of what you paid for. Repacking this to return it's a lot of work, especially after you are setting the table for a family dinner.smh

Nice, but mugs arrived broken
I really like this set. How ever four of the eight mugs were broken. I tried to arrange to only return those, but my only option was to return the whole set. I did not want to do that. So I only have 4 mugs.

Okay, but not pure white and not perfect
Title misleading, the colour is not pure white, is off white, more like a cream colour . For this reason they look outdated to me. Also. they have small defects like dots or chipped on the back of the rim. Overall okay but not what I expected.

Great set , looks great. Packing very poor , got 2 plates that were broken. Please do better job when packing. Otherwise great product.

Amount of flaws makes them unuseable
Most dinner plates had multiple flaws. Did not even unpack the rest of the dishes as would not use for everyday and certainly not for company. Very disappointment as spent many hours reading reviews of other brands and thought these would be better.
