My wife was super upset when her touchscreen quit working on her car. A lot of people think it’s hard to replace the touchscreen on their vehicle and most shops charge an arm and a leg but it’s super easy to change them out after getting to it. We are very pleased with this purchase! It’s exceptionally clear, awesome quality, almost thinking it’s better than the original! Very visible, touch screen works flawlessly and durable our kids are most definitely not easy on turning the station or turning the volume up or down! They put all of our purchases to the ultimate test! 😂 thank you my wife is happy she says her car is beautiful again and works with ease!

I was at first skeptical about this product but I was way wrong, quality is top notch, function is like new, installation plus video tutorials on YouTube were on point. It took me about an hour and a half to access and remove Cue unit, remove and replace the screen then reinstall it/ops check. I’m extremely happy and impressed with this purchase. If you have this issue with your Cadillac Cue display, this is way better than taking it to the dealership and spending $1600.00 to have them replace the whole thing. Worth every penny.

Easy install

It's kind of a PITA to install, but it's better than new! 9 months later and it still looks and works perfectly. Buy with confidence :)

Amazing product! I had spider webbing under the screen from the gel coating drying out. I had the entire screen changed years ago under the warranty. This time it was out of warranty and the dealer wanted to charge me $1800 to change it again. I found this product and decided to give it a try! It 100% fixed the problem and it only cost me the price of this non gel screen (which means it won't happen again) and the local auto mechanic fees $163 to put it in! Definitely worth every penny! So happy I did my research and found this product.

Installed perfectly, works perfectly, and know that the basic version is a great value. I would have given it five stars except for two issues. One, it had some smudges on the inside, that were not visible during install, but became visible under conditions where there is a plenty of light coming into the interior of the car. I could fix it by breaking everything down again to re-install but probably won't bother. Two, it gets surface scratched (micro scratches) when using the the ultra-soft cleaning cloth that came with the original screen, so be careful with that one. I really don't have a solution for this since you're really not supposed to put any cleaning chemicals on the thing. In fairness to Cuescreens, I have not reported either of these issues to them.

So we had the infamous spiderweb of glue over on our CUE interface and we were not happy. Luckily for us, I was up for a solid challenge to fix this issue. Took some additional time to review the directions and disassembling the trim before I got to the main part that needed a more thorough break down. Check your bolts before you take out the radio! I missed two and was wondering why the unit wasn’t pulling out. The most intense part was paying attention to the screws and not damaging the ribbon cables. Use trays or Tupperware to keep the different screws sorted and follow the video instructions! The look and fit all works well after I put the replacement screen on. Function test passed and looks brand new.

the cuescreens did amazing job producing this replacement. i bought one for my wife's SRX 2015 and it fits and works perfectly well. price is very reasonable comparing to dealers' offer to replase the whole unit. installation took a bit more that 20 minutes. finally all good. will recommend to all cadillac owners. very strange that cuescreens doesn't have any dealers in UAE :)

Der Einbau war dank der Stecker etwas schwierig und der Platz ist begrenzt.. ABER .. das Ergebnis ist perfekt und der Bildschirm funktioniert wieder wie am ersten Tag!!

La pantalla ajusto excelente, funciona muy bien al tacto, se aprecia contruida con buenos materiales y en mi opinion particular pienso que es mejor que la que traia de fabrica, la acabo de instalar con tutoriales de youtube, en mi camioneta cadillac SRX, 2016, y funcionando perfecto.
