There re 2x4 (total 8 pins), but package only includes a 6pin header.
Package only inlcudes 6 pin header. I have spare from elsewhere, but beware the picture is wrong if you need all 8 pins.

Used it for my high speed UART application, works as expected.

Simple and just works
These are great, super easy to get working. In my case, I literally just plugged the wires from my USB-to-TTL Serial interface into one end of this board, and that's it -- totally isolated communication.

Saved my RPi
It’s a gamble what voltage the upstream UART is using, and I damaged one RPi already because of it. Now I don’t have to worry if the target device uses 5V or 3.3V. Baud of 115200 no problem.
