The same way that there are good people in this world, that always seem to bring forth good things for others, there is also a breed of so called humans, that only causes harm in their path. This book was surprisingly well researched, and well worth the price. There is so much information about this case, that the reader gets even more than he bargained for. At the end, is like letting go of a very scary group of people, and the author has definitely caught the unspeakable crimes committed in their full scope. 4 Stars.

Good book about a murder that may have stayed on the cold case list without the hard work of a Deputy DA and his investigators in Ventura County, CA. Scary to think about gangs and young people who hate and sometimes kill others for “ideals” that are pure evil.

Very thoroughly researched and written about. Difficult to read as so much is so totally disgusting. Sorry to say everyone participating in their group was guilty and all were irredeemably ruined before they became adults. I doubt any of the participants were able to make a successful change to improve their lives.

I didn't know what to expect from this book. It was not only riveting but also incredibly frightening. It horrified me to think about all of these young lives wasted and ruined by the teachings of a maniac the likes of Hitler and his warped followers. My heart went out to the Montgomery/Hendrix families who lost their beloved daughters.

What a despicable bunch of skin heads. I can't find words to describe the pain and suffering caused by Merriman, his buddies and his mother. Women were treated like dogs, two murdered. These are dangerous people, sociopaths.

This book is well written and easily understood. It tells of the disappearance of a girl and reminds me how we are lacking in morals. His mother was even willing to protect him.

This a horrifying book, which describes the rapes of several women and the murders of several people. The violence of this skin head gang is unimaginable. The book is very detailed and describes the many crimes well. U

Too drawn out and repetitive. It needed to be more put together to be enjoyable. One needs patience to continue to the end.

Exactly as Described

GOOD BOOK.

This ia a. very eye opening account of an evil person and his scary influence on all who were associated with him.. The dogged determination of the assistant prosecutor and others to bring a murder/rapist to trial despite all the setbacks.

Robert Scott just gets better and better. Here he does a masterful job of describing the tangle of lies and deceit that had to be unravelled by the prosecution to bring this low-life and his fellow Nazi "white power" cockroaches to justice. Yet not for a moment does it become boring or overly complex. Thankfully the courtroom part of the process is kept to a bare minimum, fascinating enough though it is.Considering we fought six years of WWII with the loss of around 50 million lives to defeat Hitler and his allies, it amazes me that democracy and the right to free speech can be so distorted as to allow these sub-human scum to spout their toxic diatribes and to threaten and terrorise many parts of our society.I highly recommend this book to all lovers of true crime literature and of justice in the end.
