Ok for some…
I didn’t realize that this is whole grain. I don’t think kids will eat it.Also, I got it to make pasta salad but each piece is too short . Personal preference,I guess/

Takes a long time
These noodles take twice as long to cook as traditional dry noodles. Yes, they are more nutritious than regular noodles. They are however, not a time saving part of a meal which is the whole reason I bought dry noodles instead of making my own.
