Comfortable
Do the job but remember, best used in hightop trainers and remember also they are for size 9 max... Pity really cause I got these for my grandson and I'd of liked some if they went up to size 9

Not bad but not great
I tried these, on the lowest setting of height I found one pair of shoes out of about 50 thah I could lace up and wear. I couldn’t fit into a single normal shoe. The height they add meant my heels were poking out the top of every shoe known. Even ankle height boots was impossible to walk in. They’d work with wellies or knee high boots but little else. Very uncomfortable too. Waste of money I’m afraid.

This is awful it smells and is to wide for all of my size 7 shoes. It is made poorly I would not recommend
