Excellent replacement
Had our original begin to leak after 9 years, this was quite easy to install and took less than a few minutes. It's been a few months since I installed this along with the expansion tank and we have had no issues at all. Will buy again if needed in the future.

Works great and easy to install
It had everything required to install it which made it all very easy to get it done. The pressure coming into my house is 120#, which was causing tremendous water hammers in all my plumbing/pipes. Also the high pressure was causing problems with my sprinkler system. After the install I have set my house water pressure to 70#, no more water hammer and no sprinkler system issues.

Excellent job of lowering supply pressure.
Does an excellent job for about 6.5 years. 1st one failed and didn't maintain the lower pressure of 60 PSI from supplied 220 PSI, 2nd one began leaking water at water pressure adjust screw. This is my 3rd because it takes me less that 5 min to replace and it includes all needed connectors and washers.

Good quality product
I bought this unit to replace our existing home pressure valve. Any DIY person should be able to install this product as long as they READ the instructions. This was a better unit than the one I replaced and it fit perfectly. No issues on installation, or setting the pressure required.
