The instructions are good and easy to follow. The product is high quality. The tight design gives a strong impression of quality. The door seems secure with this handle lock.I had one minor parts issue for which I contacted customer service and got almost immediate response. I received the missing part quickly. And now I have received a follow-up email a couple of months later to check on the installation and my satisfaction. I had not confirmed I got it and finished the installation. Very nice and appreciated. Thank you!!

Lock worked ok for 2 months, now it will not lock. The lock still functions in every other way except actually locking. No not rely on this lock for security.

This was exactly what we were looking for. My wife and I wanted a way to secure the entryway from the garage without needing a key to get back in the house, this fit the bill perfectly. I've had it installed for 3 days now and its worked flawlessly thus far. Programming is a little tricky but you'll get a knack for it. The only thing I would like to see work better would be the proximity of the key fobs, you have to place them right next to doorlock for them to function. Other than this, it's great!

I just installed this lock; it took about half 45 minutes (watched installation video, read the user manual, drilled a hole, assembled the lock); It works well; the instruction to store the code is straight forward; the only thing it took a little more time is that you have to reprogram from 6 digitals code t 4 digitals code. Most digital door lock you can enter up to 8 digitals. you don't need to reprogram (this lock the factory set 6 digitals). The RF tag and remote work well; for the remote you need to be patient for few seconds for the lock to catch the signal and process it. I am happy with the lock so far since my first day of this lock, no unwanted events; let see the long run, how reliable it is? will let you know after two months.If you have door that has two locks; (upper and lower) you will need to install this digital lock upper hole and the deadbolt lock lower hole; otherwise you don't have enough vertical distance to install in the lower hole. The lock is built with strong material. LED number pad lid up very bright, big numbers. Very good value, $115 Amazon compared with other locks ($150--$195). Good quality and design. There is no website address for installation video on Amazon. I think manufacture or Amazon need to put the installation vedio website address . The address is on the manual in the box!.

Easy to instal if you are handy with a drill. I like how this model works. My team likes the Fobs so they don't have to enter a code. Ours gets a lot of use so I set a reminder to replace the batteries. I also like that I can "unlock" the door for the day when I get to work and lock it back up at night. This allows all employees to have after-hour and weekend access easily. The instructions could be more clear but if you are entering the correct sequence it will work.I would recommend it to others.

Battery dies quickly

It took almost 2 hours to install this on my door. First of all the template provided for the hole we had to drill in the door for the electrical connection was too small for the plug to fit through the hole so we had to keep drilling until it was the right size. Then the outside door handle wasn’t facing the right direction for a door that opens inward so we had to take the whole thing apart and refigure the door handle. It was so stressful.It seems to be working fine and I haven’t had any issues beyond installation yet. The key pad touch screen works smoothly and the blue entry keys work fine. I still haven’t figured out how to reprogram the key code though because the instructions as too confusing.

This door lock has been a life changer! You'll know what I mean once you go keyless. It comes with two sets of key fobs, a remote and metal keys as backup. My personal fave has been the remote. As I'm walking out of my car, I can press the remote button to unlock the door. Love being able to open the door once I get there and not fumble for keys. Programming and set up was easy, quality is solid. The LED light is well lit, perfect for coming home at night. One thing I noticed was that it does catch finger prints, but to fix, I placed a temper glass screen cover overtop and it has helped a lot. Overall, highly recommend!
