Pictured in the ad is a two peice phone case with a built in screen protector. What I recieved was a less than average 1 price case with no screen protector what so ever. I could have bought the same case here local at the dollar store. So aggravating

I really like that there is a color selection besides black, and that this product is so much thinner than an Otterbox. However, dust does get under the screen protector. I have had to remove the case about every 2 weeks to clean the the screen protector. I have dropped my phone with this case several times and there has been no damage.

The case was very good at first. It fit well and you did not have to push harder on the screen protector than normal to use your phone. After two days the screen protector had many little scratches all over it just from keeping the phone in the same pocket as some spare change. It scratches very easily but is a good case for the low price.

This is not water proof.But it does have the plastic to protect the screen on my phone and rubber edges for in case it drops.I do have people that can not hear me when the case is on my phone and I'm using it as a phone and not to just text.Thanks

I bought this for an iPhone 7. Initially I could not get the case open to install the phone until by accident I discovered that the rubber/vinyl ring that you see next to the hard plastic on the front actually sits in a grove in that front panel. I actually had to take my fingernail and ease it out of the grove. Once I did that I found the installation instructions inside the case. I even tried the website for instructions or a video, but there is nothing there. Otherwise the case appears to work just fine, so far. I have comments for IMPACTSTRONG which I am e-mailing directly to them.

Bought this case for my kiddo. Cool aqua teal color. Rubber edges to absorb drops. Case comes with a clear plastic glass cover.My issue is that I also bought a glass privacy screen for this phone. The case doesn’t fit properly with the privacy screen in place. The large circle shows where the case just won’t seam up at the seams and the small circle shows the phone corner of where the privacy glass is.Case was a bit difficult to pull apart and get the phone in. No instructions on how to put phone in the case. Suggest that the seller do this. I already knew this, but for those that don’t know about these cases, it would be helpful.

It works as advertised. I ended up cutting out the plastic front since I have a privacy glass protector and the finger screen touch works better. Another thing is that I have a charging ing base for my phone and watch and since this has a flap that covers the female connector I have to take the phone out of the case since I can’t get it to connect. I guess I can cut out the flap also.

The install instructions were closed inside of the case. Thankfully someone shared in the Q&A on how to open the case (obviously, I wanted to take care in prying it apart, not to damage it). It fit my iPhone 7 perfectly. I suggest you insert your phone into the front of the case, and then press the back on. You’ll need to work & press the rubber edges with your thumbs to get everything to fit securely around all the buttons & corners. The cleaning cloth included made more of a mess than cleaning (as the ends were fraying and leaving debris). So, after pulling off the clear stickers on the inside of the case, I cleaned it with my own microfiber cloth and alcohol before installing the phone. I already had a glass screen protector on my phone, and left it on...the case accommodated it just fine.
