The media could not be loaded. The box was roomier on the inside than I expected, so I was very pleased! Could fit all my paint brushes, even the lengthier ones that I couldn’t typically fit into my previous art supply boxes. Was able to fit ALL my watercolor art supplies and in a rather organized fashion, with the smaller dividers being removable. The long ones are removable as well, but are slightly more snug in their places. Love the simplistic wood. Sturdy! Was concerned after reading reviews about the top section fitting loosely and creating noise with all the wobbling but it fit well in my opinion. No complaints here! Has two little black ribbons on either side go lift top section out, which is a nice touch even though you could just as easily lift it out by the middle divider. Planning on staining the wood a shade or two darker just for fun! There is no finish on the wood - not shiny - it’s dull but has been sanded down nicely for a smooth finish.

I bought this in conjunction with easy to shape perforated foam to store my Revolutionary Chess set figures. It is well built for the price. It comes with movable sections to fit different items. However, one long dividing piece that runs along the top removable drawer is glued in place. I needed it gone for my application. It was easy to remove, but it did leave a scar at the bottom of the shelf. Since I covered it with foam, it's not an issue for me, but buyers should be aware of this. I plan on burning some designs on the outside of the box and then staining it.

This box is larger than I expected, which is a nice surprise, and perfectly holds my journaling supplies. It would be nice if the partitions on the bottom level had more options for reconfiguration. The way it's currently designed, they are set. Overall, it's a good, well-made, and inexpensive toolbox.

This was so nice, I give the first one to my mother as a gift. Then reordered myself one. Is a well made box. Good joint work and all around craftsmanship. This is not a cheap box or waste of money. I would of liked to do the finish myself. ( in Ebony ) The packaging was a nice box as well. Not much for protection, But it seemed to have a very stylish feel, even before I opened it. I am keeping my lost wax casting stuff in this . Silver, gold, wax and investment plaster, So this can hold a good amount of weight.

This is a very well made box and it serves well for a collection of art materials. The only thing that could be better is to be able to remove the lower partition/dividers and still have the top tray sit in its original position. Without the divider, the tray just sits crooked atop the materials stored below. Any easy fix though, with a couple of glued wooden strips.

Beautiful small box better than I expected. Although unfinished, I decided not to do anything else with it because it still looks beautiful quality work.

Small enough to be easy to carry, large enough to handle my brushes and other items. My instructor was so impressed they ordered one as soon as they saw it.

I got this to keep my gemstones in. It’s a really nice size so it fits nicely into my closet but also has plenty of room inside. I really like having the removable piece in this. The one thing I think could be improved is that the removable piece doesn’t have any vertical dividers, just the one horizontal divider. It makes it so things in the top can roll around and break.
