beautiful scraper, just wish I didn't have to deal with this residue from the sticker - this is after running under boiling water and scrubbing with a scouring sponge and hard bristle brushedit: have learned that I can remove using hydrogen peroxide or vinegar - soak a cloth and lay it on it for a few minutes to soften the residue. took a few tries and some scrubbing but came off. changed to 5 stars

Lamson's Dough Scraper is well suited for the task it was designed to perform. Still, the rating was lowered because the wooden handle was very rough & appears to never have been finished sanded. We had to do that ourselves.

Very impressed with the quality. Thick metal, sturdy/heavy handle. I read that someone else said theirs could use oil on the handle already. I’d say the same for mine. Although, I’m sure I could go just fine without it as well. Overall, very pleased and pleased to have it made in America.

These are excellent, if you're ok with wood in your kitchen, which you should be. The metal is thick, and has a nice clean edge and flat surface. The wood is ready for oil, and will take good care well. It has rivets through both sides, so it's not going to fall apart easily, but repair will be - easy.It's great for a cutting board, too.
