Good: Decent, honest vitamin/mineral stack. Imho excessively high B12 and chromium doses, but quite good otherwise. (I say "honest" because the Thorne product does not pad its ingredient list with dozens of dubious plant extracts in doses far too small to be useful - an annoying trend in this market.) Thorne's claims of quality and bioavailability seem to be on target; I definitely notice the difference when I skip taking them for a few days.Bad: You definitely don't want to take these on an empty stomach. I popped two immediately after I received my first order, and that was the first and last time I did so. They're easily tolerated if you take one each with morning and evening meals. Get more than an hour or so away from meal time, however, and you can count on a bout of queasiness. Price is about mid-range for similar stacks from other brands, but their claimed quality control might make it worth the higher price.Ugly: Oh dear god, that SMELL! It isn't like B vitamins smell all that good to start with, but opening one of these bottles is like stepping into an organic chemical factory. I find it hard to believe they can't find a way to mitigate this.Bottom line: Once you find a way to choke it down, this seems to be pretty good stuff. I definitely have more energy and focus when taking it regularly. They have to do something about the smell and taste though. Five stars, barely.

I really love the small size of these Thorne daily vitamins—finally, a supplement that doesn’t feel like I’m trying to swallow a Lego brick. You do have to take two a day, which might be a minor annoyance for some, but honestly, they’re so easy to swallow that it barely registers. No weird aftertaste, no chalky texture, and no vitamin burps (you know the ones). It’s just a clean, simple multivitamin from a brand I trust. Great for keeping the routine low-effort and my nutrient game on point. Small pills, big thumbs up.

Great vitamin. Makes me a little nauseous if i dont take with food. I trust this brand is quality. Only down side is the SMEELLLL. Its absolutely awful, smells like old lady urine mixed with antibiotics. I packed these in a suitcase and my whole bag smelled like the vitamins. I have to say, the smell makes it difficult to take these every morning but I am powering through it bc I know its a good quality supplement.

When I opened the bottle, I was instantly taken aback by how horrible it smelled. It was not the typical sort of mineral vitamin smell I expected (if you've taken vitamins before, you know what I'm talking about). Instead, it smells like the inside of a very dirty hamster cage. I've never had vitamins smell anything like this before. It was so bad, I could smell it even across the room with the lid closed tightly. Despite this, since this was my first time trying Thorne, I figured maybe it was just a quirk of the brand and decided to take it anyway.I took it with food every time (and only took one a day since the recommended dosage had WAY too high a percentage), but it still gave me indigestion, which is unusual for me. Sorry to be gross, but it's just what happened: I burped for hours afterwards, and it tasted exactly like the rodent urine smell. It was disgusting. Despite that, I continued to take it (because I'm dumb) and by day 4, I felt awful and was having all kinds of stomach trouble (constant growling and being bloated, the gross burping, having no energy).I'm really concerned about what exactly is in these capsules. Either the seller isn't storing them correctly and they've all gone very bad, or there's something seriously gross in these things. Either way... do yourself a favor, be smarter than me and buy something else!

Great stuff and helps with my overall workouts. With well balanced diet with these makes things easier, for achievable goals.

BEWARE, negative reviews are correct, these pills are very high in Vitamin B which can cause a range of bad symptoms IF you are Vitamin B deficient, which these vitamins will definitely make you feel over stimulated / anxious if so, they can also cause gas and bloating if you have digestive issues. If you're just starting on your journey of reclaiming your health you may want to look for a gentler vitamin.For example my experience so far has not been great, I've been on a path to regain control of my health, I jog, lift weights, push ups, squats, and try to get 10k steps daily, most people think I'm the picture of health but the reality is my sedentary lifestyle from my IT career has taken a toll on my body.So I started taking one pill a day, I didn't do with knowledge of the high vitamin B content, I'm just on a budget wanted to stretch a bottle over 2 months. First time taking this pill, boom I felt wired and almost high, nervous I got to lay down on the floor with my knees up... I'm stubborn, I pushed through, and now am on day 6, today I only felt the onset rush for about 30 minutes, alright getting better maybe I'm adjusting. I feel awake, alert, with it, a bit jittery, but I'm going to see where this road goes, maybe I'm filling in a deficiency.
