These are terrible. When I put them in it constantly sounds like a fan is going in my ears. Even when I am in an empty, silent, windowless room. It amplifies the sound of everything along with this constant fan noise, there's no way to block out background noise. So me just clearing my throat while on the lowest volume is obnoxiously loud, if I sigh it is way more dramatic sounding to me, but on the other hand it doesn't amplify my TV show voices barely at all. So if you want to hear yourself breathe and like the sound of fans, great. Otherwise useless.Oh top it off with the left ear constantly screeches when my hand gets near it. I'm a girl, who wears glasses. I'm constantly touching around my ears due to hair and glasses. It's very painful
