These stick really well and very easily. They make a huge impact in small spaces. I have them around two speakers and my sub woofer. I also love that you can get them in different colors for your space.

Firstly, night time is my only time to watch TV. But I can't put anything too loud because I don't want to wake up the kids. So I tried these, and what a difference! It helps a lot! Our house is old so I doubt there's much insulation in between these walls. I put them behind my TV, and it helps drown out the sound. It is sticky! If you don't want to mess up your paint I recommend maybe painter's tape first? Great quality! Good price.

If you are honestly trying to soundproof your exterior walls then you will need actual acoustic treatment, but these are easy to use with the self adhesive backing and have yet to fall off of my walls. Im testing this out with the grey ones they are selling since the time of writing this 50 percent off. Mainly bought this because on other side is my bed and I have annoying noisey neighbors, so even a little improvement would be nice. THE NOISE mainly comes from that area so my theory was to absorb that noisey area. I only got 2 boxes and I'm surprised it dropped the decible noise by 2 with just that. I did an experiment, before and after running a repetitive loop sound and that was the results. I'm ordering more to just cover the wall and by the window and will see what difference that makes if much. But so far I'm happy with the product easy to apply and sticks on very well.

They are a lot smaller than I thought. No adhesive needed. If you’re planning on putting these in a recording studio I’d recommend using a better product. I used it to reduce echo in a large office.

My dog is fearful of thunder and storms. I put these on the wall of my storage room where he resides during storms. It absorbs the sounds very well and quiets the room. Good value for the money. They went up very easily. Sound proofs the room fairly well.
