Gets it done at a good price!
OK, it's a basic coffee maker that is easy to set up, easy to clean, and brews quickly. When I work at home, it keeps me caffeinated for hours. The price was competitive, and delivery was fast. It's as good as the fancy one that cost 5 times as much and burned out.

This is a great Coffee Maker
I was very happy to find this today on my porch! It came early with guaranteed shipping of overnight delivery, I was skeptical about that! The coffeemaker is working great! I bought from the resale shop- so it came in just the box but was brand new. The temperature is hot, it does leak, it tastes great and it’s in the original packaging all wrapped and styrofoam. This is a practical solution and great buy . I’m extremely happy with my purchase and would recommend using not only this product, but Amazon Resale, the Overnight shipping service if you’re getting something you need immediately it is worth it because it does come in time!

A bit flimsy
Very light weight. But for cost, worthwhile unless you want more for more money. It works fine. Fast delivery!

Great maker, good price, even better with smart plug.
We figured out a not smart coffee maker was our next step after our last one broke, NO more "Mr."s for us, LOL. You know let's be honest, we never have used the bells and whistles most programmable coffee makers come with, any "programming" we do is with alexa. So we went with a dumbed down version and it's been a great change. Coffee makers don't need to be expensive. Besides the soft touch buttons get sticky and stop working eventually, anyway.Saw some reviews about not smart coffee makers working well with a smart plug so it's the very first thing we did, and added it to our good morning routine, and to my location routine for what happens once my phone leaves out of home area, which I think is the best thing for us- no more wondering if we remembered to turn off the coffee maker when we leave home. Also if you tend to immediately fill it back up once you've told alexa to turn it off the smart plug assigned to it, you always have fresh hot coffee on the fly. Only thing that's a big change for us was changing how we make coffee... being prepared and filling it back up instead of right before making coffee which we've never done, mostly as thinking coffee would get stale sitting in the basket exposed to air... but as much as we drink around here it won't sit for long, anyway. Great coffee maker, great price!

Makes good coffee and new decanter design works.
I bought this because I had purchased it before and recently broke the decanter. Actually, there was very little difference between the decanter replacement and replacement of the whole thing in terms of price. This product always worked very well in terms of coffee production, but my spouse always complained that the coffee always spilled when you poured it out. It did but I didn’t really care and would probably lap it up off the counter some days if coffee ran low. The manufacturers listened to reviews and now this product not only makes very good coffee, but it no longer spills the coffee everywhere when you pour it out. My spouse is pleased about that and I am pleased to have more coffee available. I recommended this highly

So many problems with this coffee maker!!
I would not recommend this coffee pot. I should've known better than to spend only $20 on a coffee pot in the first place. I would think with a trusted name brand such as Black & Decker, the product would've been at least in decent shape. I have several complaints w/ this coffee maker and I've only had it about a month. First of all, for a 10-12 cup coffee maker, the basket is EXTREMELY small. I typically only make a half pot of coffee for myself, so I'm only filling the water up to about the 6 cup mark. Granted be, I do like my coffee a bit strong, so I do tend to put a lot of grounds in my coffee, but never an unreasonable amount. Usually about a heaping tablespoon per cup. So I'm distributing about 6 heaping tablespoons of ground coffee to the basket, for about 6 "cups" of water. The ground overflow into the basket every. single. time. I cannot drink the last "cup" of coffee in the pot because it is nothing but pure grounds mixed w/ a bit of water. The basket is about half the size of my old 10-12 cup coffee maker. So, same size pot, with a basket half the size. How does this make sense??Also, this red device they've attached to the inside of the lid, which is supposed to evenly distribute the water over the grounds better, is in my way! I cannot pour the water into the opening very well, because of this large, red, plastic object that is almost entirely blocking the opening to pour the water in. I have to contort my hands into a weird position just to get all of the water in. Not to mention, this red device is completely superfulous in my opinion, because it's doing no better of a job distributing the water than any other coffee pot would.Lastly, if you don't press on the lid hard enough when you're done filling up the grounds, the water will not fully drip into the pot, leaving you w/ a basket that's filled to the brim w/ water that hasn't yet filtered into the pot. So you basically have to stand there pressing the lid down, in order to get it to finish brewing the coffee. To add to the disaster that is this coffee maker, once you're done brewing the coffee and you take the basket out to empty it, you'll notice a ton of wet grounds that have somehow made their way into the area where the basket rests. Cleaning that out is no easy task. Please don't waste your money on this poor design of a coffee maker. After a month of using it, I'm finally fed up and will be throwing it away. I've ordered a different coffee maker at this point. Anything is a step up from this thing.
