Amazon Essentials Women's Lightweight Waffle Mid-Length Robe (Available in Plus Size)

The robe is soft, light weight and true to size. The material is nice, the color is just like the picture. I washed it and it didn’t shrink at all that I could tell and the pockets are a nice big size. Also, it doesn’t wrinkle! I love wearing it to the coffee pot and until I figure out what I’m doing for the day.

I was originally going to give this robe a 4, but decided it deserved 5 stars as I wrote this review. Although it is basic; it outperforms robes more expensive in a lot of important ways to me. I spent a few weeks looking at robes and originally ordered a very expensive long, thick and plush robe which held the top spot on many "best of" lists. When I unpacked it and tried it on, it was soft and plush, but the fit left a lot to be desired as it swallowed me up and left me shapeless. I sat back down to shop again and kept coming back to this robe, so I thought, "Why not? The price is right." It is soft and thin, but not too thin. It is great both for layering with my loungewear or straight out of the shower. I like the short length as it allows be to move freely and stay cool while getting ready. It is a 60% cotton blend helping it to breathe well while the polyblend helps keep it wrinkle free. Best of all--it gives me a nice shape when worn both alone and over clothes. It is an excellent value for the cost. I can't complain about saving over $100 when compared the other robes I was considering.

I got a size medium and it’s kind of big. When I tie it, the one side will cover the pocket when tied, if that makes sense. It is good lightweight material and it’s soft, but towel soft not fuzzy blanket soft. I personally dry off with a towel and then put the robe on.Good quality, I would repurchase in the future.

I really love this robe! Everything about it from the color to material is perfect. It’s exactly what I was looking for to put on after showering and doing hair/ makeup. It is absorbent, and keeps me warm without the heavy weight material or feel. I love the shade of green, waffle design, and ability to tie not only on the outside, but inside as well for extra security! On me, it is somewhat low cut on the front but I make up for it with thee way I tie shut. Not sure how I went this long without an after shower robe, but couldn’t live without it now and I’m so glad I chose this one after debating over so many different styles/ brands for very long.Highly recommend this if you’re looking for a light weight, warm, absorbent, and adjustable robe to wear after showering or any other time.Fabric is great quality and has held up in the wash, beautiful shade of green, subtle waffle pattern is great and adds character. I am 5’5” and 118 lbs. this fit me perfectly and is the perfect weight (I live in southern Cali). The waffle material is comfy and it washes very well.

Warm and comfortable robe. It is very lightweight and soft. It has nice deep pockets and provides nice closure with inside ties and opaqueness.

I absolutely love this robe. It is light and comfortable. It’s perfect for the fall. The quality is immaculate. Amazon suggested I order a 1X, but I ordered a large. I’m 5’6” 162lbs so please order your regular clothing size or even size up for a baggier look. A 1X would have been way too big for me. The only thing is that I wish the sleeves were slightly longer, other than that, it is literally so perfect.Update: I washed it for the first time and the stitches came apart. Haven’t even had it for a week.

I so impressed with this robe- it fits well (I’m a petite person and went with the XS) and is a great weight. This is a steal for the price!

This is the second one I’ve purchased, it’s such a versatile weight for spring or fall. Actually the first one was navy blue and full-length, which I didn’t really want. So I shortened it to mid-length (I’m 5’-0” tall, so It was beyond full-length on me, and was dragging on the floor!) When I spotted a mid-length one on Amazon, in this really pretty powder blue, I jumped on the opportunity and bought it. We’re in for a very hot summer, so I’ll need to wait for slightly cooler weather!

I previously bought the longer version, which I wore all the time, but wanted this shorter one for summer. It is perfect! These robes from amazon basics are worth every penny. Fit well and made well. I love this the light peach color because it is a very neutral and peaceful color.
